New Class - Yoga for Mums

Our new casual YOGA FOR MUMS class with free child-minding started this month to rave reviews! Bring your little ones along for supervised play while you enjoy a general Hatha class suitable to all levels including beginners. All mums are welcome whether you have children to bring along or not. If you will have little ones in tow, be sure to call prior to the class and let us know they're coming.
