MORNING YOGA PRACTICE – MONDAYS 7.45-9.15AM
This practice will help you to remember who you are. Opening with Qi Gong, we create ease and flow in the body. Then we breathe into a warming vinyasa practice, finishing with the breath and stillness of meditation. Yin, yang, inhale, exhale ... peace. This class is beginner-friendly with enough depth for intermediate and beyond.
YOGA NIDRA – FRIDAYS 12.30-1.00PM
Yoga Nidra is a powerful technique in which you will learn to relax consciously. It is a guided meditation performed lying down comfortably. The state of relaxation is reached by turning inwards, away from outer experiences, by progressively withdrawing the senses from the external world, the body, the breathing process, the conscious mind and finally the unconscious mind.
CASUAL PRENATAL CLASSES – FRIDAYS 10.45-12.15PM
Pre-natal Yoga classes enable mothers-to-be to feel calm, supported and restored during the changing phases of pregnancy. The practices can assist with tiredness, back and joint pain, fluid retention, muscle cramps, anxiety and general well-being throughout pregnancy. Yoga practices also provide tools for self-management during the birthing process and early stages of motherhood. Each class includes gentle asana practices (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), guided meditations and relaxation techniques to support each woman in her unique journey.
