courses start week commencing 30th January, running for 10 weeks
This course is ideal for anyone who:
- has never done yoga before
- has attended a Beginners course before, but would love a refresher
- enjoys casual classes and would like to know more about yoga poses & philosophy
- attended last term’s beginners course and wants to keep going
Yoga postures and breathing help you relax as you become stronger, more supple and develop awareness and perspective in your life. This course is designed to introduce you to yoga at a steady pace, helping you to re-energise your body, challenge and extend yourself physically and develop lightness, clarity and happiness in your life. Investment: $165 (no concessions). Pre-booking is essential. Note: If you are forced to miss a session/s of your course, you are eligible to receive a maximum of 2 missed class vouchers to attend casual classes within the term of your enrolment.
