Jo Quilter is a counsellor and psychotherapist who works with individuals and facilitates Group therapy. Over the past four years she has worked at South Pacific Private, a leading treatment centre at Curl Curl on the Northern beaches, assisting clients with depression, anxiety, PTSD and addictive behaviours.  

Jo is passionate about supporting her clients to find freedom and relief through facilitating deeper connection with self, creating a safe environment for accessing difficult emotions and gaining confidence within that will help clients to move forward in their life.
