My name is Sara Heath and I am a qualified Homeopath.   

But I do not believe in labels, as I am also a wife, mother, nutritionist and cancer survivor. These things all come together to make up who I am: an individual - each aspect has, in its own way, led me on my own healing path. 

I say I do not believe in labels or stereotypes, as they are never able to describe how unique a person really is. We all have our own qualities that define each of us as an individual. I have based my practice on an understanding of this principle, as I believe nobody is identical in the healing process. I choose not only to unpack the suitcase of your life, and to assist with a symptom or disease state, but also to understand you in your environment and treat you as the important and perfectly made individual that you are.

2009 was the year that changed my life forever. The carpet was swept from underneath my feet and I was left standing on air… I felt like there was nothing left to my name besides a breast cancer diagnosis. I could not understand what I ever did to deserve such a disease. I was healthy, or so I thought, I ate well and maintained a good fitness regime.    OK, so I indulged in a few rich meals now and again, and occasionally might have had a few more glasses of wine than I should, but was this grounds for me to have to deal with a cancer battle? A lumpectomy and seven lymph nodes were removed that August and I was rushed onto the roller coaster of chemotherapy and radiation. 

But this is not where I have chosen to stop and dwell. This experience in my life has made me determined to help others.   My practice is not only based on the physical well being of my patients but the emotional treatment too. In spite of my sickness, my passion and love for Homeopathy kept me studying and focused on the end goal: to practice with compassion and understanding. Many Homeopathic remedies were suggested to me, I was open to try a new route. It proved to be most rewarding and the results were phenomenal.
