Meditation can be thought of as an act of awakening. Mastering this art will teach us new ways to approach our difficulties and will bring wisdom and joy into our lives.

This 9 week experiential course will teach you relaxation and meditative techniques that can be used to complement the practice of yoga and can be applied in everyday life.

 Each session will have an active part (yoga poses and breath) followed by a quieter time in which we explore into the meditative practices.

The many benefits of relaxation and meditation include:

  • find effective ways to quieten your mind
  • be comfortable and still in your body
  • lift your energy levels
  • improve your concentration
  • develop patience and steadiness of purpose

No prior yoga experience is required and the course is suitable to all levels.

Fabio left Italy to travel for 12 years. The many cultures and people he encountered have shaped his approach to life and teaching yoga where individuality, passion and humour are emphasized, with great respect for yoga's ancient traditions. His personal approach ‘on the mat' is a combination of classical Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa, where movement meets breath to create a flowing meditation.
